Indecent? Obscene? We're still waiting to find out.

The Los Angeles Times reports that a federal judge has put the FCC’s indecency rules on hold for the time being. One frustration that was common in the college radio days of this blogger was the absence of clear guidelines on what exactly is “indecent”.
